My take on the product
This cream based foundation comes in a transparent soft plastic tube with screw on black cap. The packaging is quite easy to use and while it may not be very attractive, it looks simple and elegant. I really like the fact that the transparent tube would allow one to see how much product is left inside. The mouth of the tube is likely to get a little messy over time but that is something that can easily be taken care of.
The texture of this foundation is creamy though it doesn’t feel heavy or oily. The consistency is that of a light cream and it blends in very easily. I generally prefer a sponge or a brush for applying foundation as fingers don’t always blend as well but this foundation blends like a dream with just fingers- no streaks or patches at all. The foundation is cream based but the finish is not entirely dewy, I’d called it semi-dewy ! I have oily skin which tends to be combination type in winters and I find that this one works beautifully – it moisturizes the dry patches without making the T-zone oily. I feel it would work well for drier skins too though they would need a good moisturizer undearneath. The staying power is simply fabulous – it stays on a good 9-10 hours. The best part about this foundation is the absolutely natural and flawless finish it gives. The coverage is about medium and it may not cover up heavy marks or acne but it evens out the skin tone beautifully for a natural, non-cakey look. Its my go-to foundation these days and I’ve worn is quite often in my recent FOTDs.
In all honesty, I can’t think of a single con of this foundation! It comes in about 8 shades so most skin tones should find their match. I’m yet to see how it would hold up in the hot, humid Mumbai weather but I love this in the colder weather! The price may be a little steep but most good foundations from Bourjois, Revlon etc. come in this price range and I feel Inglot offers the quality of a high end brand at a much affordable price!
Highly recommended for everyone!

Inglot YSM Cream Foundation comes in a plastic see through tube packaging with a screw on cap. While the packaging may not be very attractive, the product itself is simply fabulous! This light creamy foundation blends in like a dream to a give medium coverage a very natural glowing finish that stays on for a good 9-10 hours. It balances out the oily and dry areas of the face and doesn’t make the skin oily. For normal/dry skins, this could be a wonderful year round foundation and for my oily/combination skin, its works perfectly in the cold weather. This is my HG winter foundation!
