Hi everyone! A few days ago, I attended the launch of a new brand, Nashi Argan, which is a premium beauty brand from Italy. They have a range of hair as well as body care  products but what caught my eye was their luxurious hair care range. Designed with simplicity and with great care for the environment, this range contains 5 products that target all types of hair. The entire line is enriched with organic certified Argan Oil from Morocco and Linseed Oil. Argan Oil is a highly nutritious and precious oil with a high percentage of Vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids. It is considered one of the best oils for hair and regular use helps in restoring hair lustre and repairing damage. Linseed Oil, also called flaxseed oil, is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acid, which is an essential fatty acid required by the body to maintain healthy hair and skin.

Nashi Argan products are now available across premium salons in Mumbai. Let’s take a closer look at the products.

Firstly, I love the look of the packaging of the entire range. It looks very natural and organic and reinforces the eco-conscious philosophy of the brand. The shampoo (Rs 1250, 200 ml) feels richer and more emollient than any other shampoo I’ve tried and it works really well on my dry, damaged hair. It is free from sulphates, phosphates, parabens and sodium chloride. It also doesn’t strip the hair of its natural moisture content unlike other shampoos. 80% of our hair is composed of water and most shampoos remove about 60% of its natural moisture content while Nashi Argan shampoo only removes about 10%. The result is hair that doesn’t feel dry after washing.

The conditioner (Rs 1350, 200 ml) is quite thick and detangles hair with ease, giving is smooth, soft feel. It’s not too heavy so it doesn’t weigh the hair down but it does improve the manageability of the hair.

The oil (Rs 2250, 100 ml) is a fantastic serum that instantly smoothens and softens the hair, while adding shine and nourishment. If you have dry, frizzy hair, this is a must-have! It also comes in a larger 100 ml packaging. All these products have a lovely warm smell (reminds me of vanilla) and the oil leaves the hair delicately scented.

For those with really dry/damaged/frizzy hair, the range also has the Deep Infusion mask (Rs 1600 for 150 ml) that you can use a couple of times a month for a deep conditioning boost. This helps repair damaged hair while adding shine, softness and protecting hair color.

The last product in the range is the Instant Hydrating Styling Mask (Rs 1500 for 150 ml) which is basically like a spray-on serum mist/conditioner. This is something that doesn’t need to be rinsed out, is a little lighter than the oil but gives instant nourishment without weighing the hair down. This can be used to prep the hair before heat styling and it makes styling much easier and also helps styles last longer!

I’ve been trying out these products since the past few days and so far, I really like how they work for my hair. The range is simple, fuss-free and does a great job of nourishing the hair as it’s based around hydrating oils. If you’re looking to try something new for your hair, do check out Nashi Argan products. The range is now available at premium salons across Mumbai.

  1. Heard Argan oil is very beneficial for dry hair. This range sounds like a good option for dry, frizzy and damaged hair. I would like a comparison against the Moroccon Oil to know which one to try first?

  2. Hi Ankita,

Sounds really interesting. As requested by the Pankhuri and Archana please do a comparison. It would really help. Also any way in which guys not from Mumbai may get their hands on this?

  3. I became a fan of Argan oil after using TBS argan oil range. But never tried anything made of argan oil on hair. This range seems so lucrative. I hope it will be available online soon.
