Makeup Geek Eye shadow Swatches + Recommendations

Hey everyone!

Makeup Geek eye shadows have been around for some time now and I’ve had the chance to try quite a few of them this year! In february, I ordered some from (they ship worldwide) and earlier this month, I was also sent a couple of them for review so I now have quite a nice collection of MUG shadows 🙂 In this post I have swatched 33 shades out of which 5 are the foiled eye shadows.

The regular eye shadow pans retail for $5.99 each and the foiled eye shadows are $9.99. To store these, I recommend getting a Z-palette (also available at makeupgeek.com) or an empty Coastal Scents palette. I have 28 of my eye shadows in the Coastal Scents 28 palette and the remaining in a Z-palette.

Deep Green Smoky Eye Makeup Tutorial (VIDEO)

Hey everyone!

Today I have a colorful makeup tutorial for you – an paired with a peachy lip. I have used a beautiful green eye pencil from Lakme and paired it with Makeup Geek Envy eye shadow to create this rich and dark green eye makeup. I think green looks really pretty on brown eyes and I love how this eye makeup turned out!

I would however suggest you try a peach/coral blush instead of the very bronze one I used. I got my NYX order delivery while filming this video and instead of using MAC Melba, I used NYX Pecan which I think clashes a bit with the lip color.
